Travel agencies and OTAs thus gain access to a comprehensive solution that provides reliable information on entry, visa and health regulations, as well as global crisis alerts and a dynamic travel update service.
This enables users to fulfil their pre-contractual information obligations even more efficiently and in a legally compliant manner – clearly presented and ideally suited even for complex itineraries such as round trips or flight connections with multiple transits.
In a next step, the information will also be integrated into the booking confirmation via the dynamic "My Trip" page. This ensures that travellers remain well informed even after booking: the dynamic "My Trip" page allows customers to register for an automated update service. Starting 30 days before departure, they will be proactively notified as soon as relevant entry requirements change.
