traffics is committed to sustainability:

Berlin (w&p) xx May 2025 – Berlin-based travel tech expert traffics has set a new milestone in promoting sustainable travel options. From now on, hotels with sustainability certification will be highlighted with a special sustainability symbol on CosmoNaut. The new feature makes it quick and easy to filter hotels that meet strict sustainability standards.
The new feature not only shows users the sustainability symbol, but also offers the option of calling up detailed information about the various certification bodies with a mouseover. In addition, the filter function can be used to search specifically for hotels that have such a certificate. This label is also available in traffics' Universal Connector, which simplifies integration and increases transparency in hotel sustainability. "Sustainability is a key concern for many travellers, and we want to make it as easy as possible for our users to find environmentally friendly accommodation,
" comments Marc Herrgott, CEO of traffics. "By labelling sustainably certified hotels, we can make an important contribution to more environmentally conscious travel."

The certified, sustainable businesses are made visible and bookable in all traffics products with the help of the service provider FAIRWEG (www.fairweg.de). The compilation of the certificates taken into account is dynamic and places great emphasis on the trustworthiness of the providers. Currently, hotels from the following certification bodies are included, among others:
